Since 2011, we have laid over 30,000 hours of prayer in the ground of Hollywood believing for a massive cultural shift and revival. We believe God's heart is burning for Hollywood and He is raising up an army of messengers to take His love into this Industry. I am also the Founder of Justice Speaks- an anti Human Trafficking organization that is based in Los Angeles, with projects in Thailand, Korea and Hong Kong (launching in 2017). Our heart is passionate about women and children who are enslaved in the global sex trade, and we will do our part to see it end.

Carol Nighorn is an experienced pastor, conference speaker, Bible teacher and life group leader. She has a passion for encouraging women to overcome obstacles and live in the full life that God has for them. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Missouri State University and is currently enrolled at Regent University School of Divinity where she is earning her Master of Arts degree in Practical Theology. She is a Licensed Minister with Grace International.

Carol grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin where she met her husband Dale Nighorn. Carol made a decision to serve Jesus during a Billy Graham outreach movie at the start of the Jesus Movement and Charismatic Renewal in the early 70’s. She was filled with the Holy Spirit in Augsburg, Germany, where she accepted the call from God to bring the Gospel of Jesus to the world. Through the years, Dale and Carol pastored 2 churches and worked in whatever capacity was available to support local churches where they lived. They have always been active in missions and spent a year in Changchun, China where they taught English at a large Chinese Science University and became active in the Chinese church.

Carol’s life changed dramatically in 2008 after Dale has a sudden heart attack and died. She now faced life as a widow and she struggled to overcome depression and addiction. Another change happened in 2015 when she moved from Dallas back to Green Bay, WI, to take care of her aging mother. The change was dramatic but she knew God’s hand was in the process. Carol is familiar with both the highs and lows of life and has experienced the power of God during the journey. She enjoys travel and engaging in other cultures. She has made three trips to Israel and plans to continue to travel and speak throughout the world as God opens the doors. Her story is one of triumph and overcoming, and her favorite saying is “Our best is yet to come.”

I am passionate about God's Fierce Love and His people living in freedom. I had the privilege of working in the music industry for 15+ years helping manage, develop, mentor and encourage Christian singers. After going through a season of extreme fear, depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts in 2014, I had a radical encounter with the love of God in 2015 that healed and changed my mindset. I am a strong advocate for inner healing and bringing revelation and truth to women by teaching them that their spiritual authority and identity is in Christ and not what they're doing. I equip, empowering and release women to fulfill their God givendestiny. I have an online ministry group on FaceBook called Fierce Princess Warriors in 2015, foundedConvergent Promotions in August of 2016 to unite the Ekklesia through local based events and most recently partnered with a licensed child and family therapist to bring a faith based creative arts and therapy center for children and teens into the community called ElRod Center. I have been married for 14 years and have beautiful 9 year old daughter.

I am a board certified pediatrician and currently doing a fellowship in infectious diseases in Cleveland Ohio. I want to be His hands and feet, so I became a medical doctor. I hope to do research and to medical missions to cure infectious diseases.

Harvest of the Nations was founded by Ella Onakoya. She is a full time itinerant minister and author based in the UK who has been travelling for several years to preach a message of revival and awakening to believers in churches and to preach the gospel to the lost and unsaved in many parts of the world. The ministry also aims to equip, activate, and disciple believers in their calling to do the works that Jesus did. Compassion Outreach Network Ministries is the Outreach arm of Harvest of the Nations and is also founded by Ella Onakoya. She trains and equips believers, churches and pastors from different backgrounds on Supernatural Evangelism. The vision God gave gave her for this ministry is a model from Acts 2. As she meets and trains the believers at the equipping meetings, she waits on the lord with the team to be filled with his presence and power and then go out to minister in different communities under the power of the Holy Spirit. Many souls have been saved and wonderful healings have taken place in these outreaches. Those saved into the kingdom are then followed up by the pastors in different churches. At the moment, there are Compassion outreach teams from UK, New York, Nigeria and Norway.

Raquel Orona is also known as “Rock” is the founder of the non-profit Fearless Rock Ministries, whose mission is to disciple & empower women of all ages. For close to a decade, the core of Raquel's ministry has been in deliverance and inner-healing, helping women get unstuck, receiving the freedom they need to move forward in their purpose. Raquel coaches those who feel called to minister and disciples those who want to grow in their walk with the Lord. In addition, our hearts are to minister to ministers who are in need of refreshing
and encouragement through retreat centers. We will provide an environment of
healing and strengthening those who give all of themselves to benefit others
unselfishly.  We are also called to bring healing and strengthening to marriages
and families providing counseling, resources and retreat centers to nurture
relationships and rebuild the family structure on a solid foundation.

I am a believing believer who endeavors to live the gospel every day. As a business woman with fairly strong knowledge or real estate, I earn much of my living renting and managing properties. I have been a corporate trainer for over 30 years now with a long list of clients over the years.

I do speak at conferences and events. I have authored nearly a dozen books now. Some I have published. Most I have not. Much of my current ministry is mentoring young women one on one.

I have a passion to see believers walking in the fullness of who they are called to be. That fullness should start with desiring to be free and I am currently on a personal journey of seeking personal freedom so that I can fully walk in all He has called me to walk in NOW! I have a heart to met the cry of the Millennial generation that knows they have issues and wants to deal with them but world can't touch the issues and the Church often doesn't have the skill or the willingness to touch some of the issues. I want to see a generation free in their 20s and 30s so they can change the world. Inter-generational partnership is key to this process and I desire to bring together those that are wise, loving mothers and fathers that have so much to offer to bring healing and restoration and launch this younger generation. I am tired of hearing about "passing the baton" lets finish the race together. When we can begin to work together I believe we will begin to see community transformation that will catch the eye of the nation and world.

I am an ordained minister. I was ordained as a prophet and teacher, however I use the title Prophetic Pastor to describe my roll in our church. I am on staff and part of the apostolic team that leads are church. I am also the president of Always Hopeful Ministries. A women's ministry that includes women from all denominational backgrounds. I recently completed a video series: Looking beyond the Mirror, a 16 week study based out of 2 Corinthians 3:17-18, which takes women on a journey away from the image in the mirror and into both finding and keeping a God given sense of identity and confidence. I was invited by Catch the Fire /John Arnott to release Looking Beyond the Mirror last September at their conference and since then, part of my time is spent working on that aspect of my ministry.
