Victory:
Several years ago, I reached a point of brokenness in my life where I didn’t know what to do next. You wouldn’t think that would in any way correspond with the biblical story of Nehemiah, but it does! Nehemiah started with a pile of rubble and so did I! Nehemiah rebuilt the wall around the city of Jerusalem. I rebuilt my life by building a pathway to freedom. We both relied on God to do what we didn’t think could be done.
I had a choice as I contemplated my pile of rubble: swirl in my despair and embrace a victim mentality, walk away from God and embrace the world, or overcome the destruction and embrace the freedom Jesus promised us. Using Nehemiah metaphors, I could live in Jerusalem’s piles of rubble, I could stay in Babylon and live for pleasure, or I could rebuild the wall and the gates.
I chose victory and rejoicing over the rubble! I chose rebuilding a path to freedom, not walls that give me an illusion of strength and protection.
The path to freedom runs straight through the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus committed himself to the next steps of his ministry: death, burial, and resurrection. In response, I committed to my next steps. Death to my old ways of approaching life. Burying my desires and letting them be covered with the Word of God so that I could be resurrected into an overcomer who is filled with the breath of the Holy Spirit and led by his love.

God interrupted my journey in 2003 and revealed Himself to me in a way that I did not know. I still remember that hot summer evening in Paris, France when He met me and left an everlasting impression in my soul and transformed my heart to love My Savior Jesus with passion. It has been a lovely and intimate relation between my Creator and me, with lots of training also. He gave me a passion to preach the gospel, equip the saints, help the needy, strengthen the weak and heal the sick.

I am also a John Maxwell Team Speaker, Trainer & Coach and I have advanced degrees in Business Administration, International Relations, and Theological studies.

When I am not working and serving, I love spending time with my husband and two boys, Joshua and Caleb.

Barbara is an ordained, anointed minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a worshipper of the true and Living God, Teacher, Encourager, Spiritual Mother in the Kingdom of God, as well she is a Giver, Public Speaker and Author of 4 books, which witness to her walk with The Almighty. Above all she is a person of 'Noble Character and a single mother.

Barbara is a living testimony that "IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO BE WHO GOD CALLED YOU TO BE". After working for 40 years and retiring from the DuPont Company, she went to college and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at the age of 58 years of age and a Master of Arts Degree at the age of 60. She is currently working in her God given, 2nd career of EDUCATION.

The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them has the light shined.....the government shall be upon his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne, and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from now and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.

Healing Springs is a Christian sanctuary of rest and peace for leaders in ministry and the marketplace, for missionaries, couples, or anyone in need of rest, relaxation, restoration, and renewal - spirit, soul, and body. We currently are in the process of building the retreat house with weekend retreats beginning in June 2016.

Releasers of Life and Released to Run are cross-denominational equipping and mentoring teams called to awaken, prepare and release women into their calling and full potential in the Body of Christ on an international scale. The aim is to bring an increasing understanding of God's word and His heart towards liberty for women as expressed especially through Jesus Christ and the apostle Paul; to lift off weights of bondage, shame and perceived inabilities to function alongside men in declaring the word of God and doing the works of the Kingdom; to recognize that God anoints and appoints His "daughters" to prophesy, preach, teach, and assume leadership roles alongside His "sons" both in the local church and the body of Christ at large, expressing humility in character and trusting God for His promotion with mutual submission to and encouragement of one another. In addition, Releasers of Life offers life-changing, eye-opening teaching to both men and women on the pattern for a godly marriage covering such issues as love, respect, submission, honoring, understanding and responding - all antidotes for co-dependency, misogyny, domination and control. Goal is achieved through conferences, retreats, teaching seminars, mentoring relationships and reliable resource materials.

WayFinder Healing is a biblically informed healing and deliverance journey. It is designed to facilitate mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom through Spirit empowered prayer. Being set free from emotional pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, wherever you are being held captive is what it is about! It is a place to allow Jesus into these areas, to follow the Holy Spirit where He leads and begin your journey of transformation and healing with the Lord. It is spiritual therapy for the soul.

Joyce A. Reed Is a passionate minister of the Gospel, focused on sharing the reality of Jesus’ love. The Lord is using this well-respected godly woman to train members of the body of Christ to reach their utmost potential in Christ Jesus. Her unique presentation of the gospel has enabled her to minister to the nations of Haiti, Taiwan, Brazil, Nigeria, Australia and New Zealand where healings, signs, and wonders were released. She longs for the body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission and boldly declare the finished work of the Cross.

LaKeisha was born in Brooklyn, New York and reared in North Carolina. Not only is she a Preacher’s Kid, but she is also the proud mother of two loving and handsome young men, James and Nehemiah.
LaKeisha J. Richards, is an ordained Evangelist with Ambassadors For Christ Apostolic Church (AFCAC) located in North Carolina. Evangelist Richards received her ordination under the tutelage of Apostle Virginia C. Smith, Pastor of Ambassadors for Christ Apostolic Church, in December 1997.
LaKeisha passionately delivers the message of the Good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for over 19 years now and counting.
LaKeisha accepted the Lord into her life at an early age and served faithfully under her parents’ ministry. Her duties as a faithful member include: Choir Director, Praise Team Leader, Youth Leader, Church Administrator and an Armor Bearer to the Pastor, who is also her mother.
LaKeisha’s faithfulness and endless commitment to ministry has caused many doors to open in her life. She was blessed with the opportunity to participate in the Avon Voices Singing Contest in 2012; she has ministered in Revivals, Women Conferences, Youth Revivals, Single Conferences, Prayer Breakfasts, Jails and in the Prisons.
She has sung background for Pastor Shirley Caesar, Reverend F.C. Barnes and Brenda Whitfield Ellis. LaKeisha is considered to be a role model to many young women. But, during the time of her life when she was growing spiritually and beginning to move forward and take action on her life’s dreams and goals, LaKeisha was faced with a life-changing situation. In June 2010, she was diagnosed with a rare type of Ovarian Cancer. She underwent two major surgeries all within a two-month period. But, by the Grace of God, in January 2011, she was given a clean bill of health by her doctor. To God be all the Glory, she is completely healed and CANCER FREE! It was during this time, when her “Forgive To Live” Movement was birthed. In 2014, LaKeisha became an Author and was able to share her story in the following books: #HLIC (Head Ladies In Charge) and UP NOW! (Lessons from Women In Ministry and Business). Also in 2014, this opportunity opened the door for her to share her story at the “Empowerfest Business Conference” with Host Pastor Monica Haskell of Prevailing Church located in New Castle, Delaware.
From having Cancer to being Homeless…LaKeisha J. Richards is not only a Survivor but one of “God’s Leading Ladies” for such a time as this!
With those tests and trials behind her, LaKeisha picked up and started her journey towards her dreams and goals once again. She hopes to one day have the opportunity to do some acting in Christian and family films as well as become an advocate for the American Cancer Foundation.
In her words, “As long as there’s life there’s hope.”

​Married for nearly twenty years, mother to two young adult daughters, and orthopedic product designer for over twenty years, Shanon Roberts has been ministering with women across Whitley County Indiana since 2015.

Shanon facilitates a 10-week course, Rise Up Commitment, multiple times per year; as a volunteer chaplain at the Whitley County YMCA, Shanon recently partnered with the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne branch to host this course.

Since 2017, Shanon has self-published seven devotional books. She is also a content contributor for the YouVersion Bible application.

Shanon serves in the women’s ministry in her church home, as well as a senior leadership member of Lead with Faith Whitley County; a group focused on monthly prayer gatherings, sharing the Gospel and establishing thriving disciples in her community.

During the beginning of the COVID pandemic, Shanon brought other groups together with Lead with Faith, to pray and worship at Parkview Whitley, in an effort to encourage frontline medical staff.

In her free time, ​Shanon creates works of art and has been featured on the cover of Glo Magazine multiple times; a magazine for the Fort Wayne area. In January 2020, Shanon had two pieces of work showcased during Artlink’s 2020 Regional Exhibition.

​Shanon’s passion and love for God and others motivates her to live beyond the norm, with the hope of inspiring others to do the same.

Dana Roman is an ambassador of Jesus who loves to bring people into the presence of God and teach the Word. She is a co-pastor with her husband, John as the senior pastor of Radiant Church in Colton, CA. Dana has written seven teaching manuals and two childrens booklets and loves mentoring the body of Christ. She has traveled with Dr. Evelyn Thompson, who was her spiritual mentor in the Foursquare Int. Movement. The Lord uses Dana in all the Gifts of the Spirit and five fold ministry gifts with a servants heart towards the body of Christ.
