Jodie and Ben Hughes are the founders of Pour It Out Ministries and have been in ministry together for more than 20 years. Relocating to the United States from Australia in 2017, following an incredible season of hosting what has become known as “The Pineapple Revival”.

Jodie is a Revivalist preaching the gospel with signs, wonders and miracles following. Her and her husband have an emphasis on releasing and equipping for Revival, Evangelism, Prophecy, Healing and Breakthrough. Together they have pastored and planted several churches and ministry schools, and travel extensively releasing revival.

Keely Hughes is a Gen Z, fiery worship leader & revivalist. She is passionate about worship & true worshippers arising. As well as seeing her generation fall in love with Jesus & be raised up to do what they are called to do. She believes we are stepping into the greatest revival the world has ever seen. She feels called to help equip her generation to be ready for this hour of harvest, through preaching/teaching, creative resources & social media. Keely Hughes is the daughter of Australian Revivalists, Ben & Jodie Hughes, & apart of Pour It Out Ministries, she moved with them to America in 2017, believing for the next wave of Revival in America.

Founder and Owner of Resilient Minds Consulting, LLC. Michelle is a licensed Child and Family Therapist specializing in Mental Health and Trauma. She holds a Master in Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University. For the past 18 years Michelle has worked in the Mental Health field providing clinical services to children and families in coordination with community supports and educational systems. Michelle’s training and work experience have positioned her to provide Cultural Shift Consulting as well as Resilience and Social Emotional Learning Consultation services within business, community, and public education systems at all levels of engagement. Michelle has served as adjunct faculty for Adrian College and Siena Heights University School of Social Work. Michelle enjoys training and speaking on Trauma, Resilience, and Social Emotional Learning. Michelle is passionate about developing the whole person through the science of Resilience and principals of faith. Michelle is especially passionate about walking women through “whole person” healing from the body, soul, and spirit perspective empowering women to understand their full identity in Christ, thus reaching their full human potential to bring Kingdom to earth!
